We celebrate and congratulate Perth, Australia for being selected as the presumptive host city for the 2030 Gay Games. After a fierce and passionate bid, our team from Denver reached the final round and stood proudly as the only U.S. city among the last two contenders.

But this isn’t a goodbye, it’s a continued commitment. We remain as dedicated as ever to the spirit of the Gay Games. Denver showed up, stood out and demonstrated that the Mile High City stands for unity, dignity and equality, and we know so many of you believe that too.
