Each evening from Nov. 21 to Dec. 31, 2025, beginning at 7 p.m., the Mile High Holidays Drone Show transforms Denver’s winter skyline into a dazzling spectacle of light and animation. Some 600 drones soar into the sky, choreographed to illustrate holiday themes — everything from Santa and his reindeer to beloved Denver landmarks and even special animations highlighting the city’s sports teams. The drones are launched just west of downtown, with prime viewing from spots including the Tivoli Quad, the Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex and several rooftop venues nearby. Weather may impact the schedule, so checking for updates is recommended.
Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, step into holiday cheer at the Denver Christkindlmarket, an authentic German-style market opening at the Tivoli Quad on the Auraria Campus from Nov. 21 to Dec. 23, 2025. With rows of charming wooden vendor huts, you’ll browse handcrafted ornaments and European-inspired gifts, taste traditional German fare and glühwein (hot spiced wine), and soak in festive sounds and lights that bring the season to life.
